The building, born in 1975 as a private house, was turned into a restaurant in 1991 so as to keep up a family tradition: in the '60s, Granny Quintina ran a small eating-house in the village.
The house was architect Demaria's original plan. It was then restored by architect Ginomario Bemer in order to make the rooms even cosier and full of charm.
