Accommodation Tax
As from April 1st 2012, the local councils are introducing an accommodation tax with the aim of improving local hospitality and services for tourists.
The Municipality will receive the entire proceeds of the tax.
The tax of € 1.50 per person per night must be paid by hotel guests on their departure. It will be charged directly to bills.
Hotel Ca’ del Lupo is in no way responsible for the decision to introduce the tax, which will be charged by all accommodation facilities to all guests.

General conditions
* The family room is the ideal room for families with two children, as it has a queen bed (or two separate beds) and two additional bunk beds. The rate increase is equal to the cost of an additional bed, regardless of the age of the children.
The rates indicated are intended per room, per night, with overnight stay and buffet continental breakfast included. Prices are quoted in euros, and they include the use of the swimming pool in the summer months, as well as taxes and maid service.
Small pet animals may accompany our guests : 5 € .
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 12pm on the day of departure; late checkout is a possibility depending on availability.
In order to confirm and guarantee the reservation, credit card information (credit card number and expiration date) must be sent via email or fax. It is possible to cancel the reservation without incurring any charges up to 48 hours before arrival. For late cancellations or no-shows, the cost of the first night will be charged.
Some specifically-indicated offers or rates might require a non-refundable charge at the time of reservation of the entire cost of the sojourn.
